Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child,
The rod of correction will drive it far from him.

The rod and rebuke give wisdom,
But a child left to himself brings shame to his mother.

He who spares his rod, hates his son
But he who loves him, disciplines him promptly.

PROVERBS: Wisdom from our Creator.

That's almost exactly what one DS at Ft. Sill said to my batch of recruits.

i was raking an apprentice over the coals in a formal investigative discussion. seems as though he couldn't make a 40 hour week to save his soul.

it came to a point where i told him that this thing could result in suspension time and he asked if it could be on the first three days of thanksgiving week so he could extend his thanksgiving skiing trip to vail by five days.

the general foreman who was in attendance to ensure fairness had a coughing spell that he nearly died from (he had joined the workforce in the depression when it was a sin to miss a days work) the union steward got a really sad look on his face and the stenographer was horrified.

I'd been around Army Drill Sergeants in highschool ROTC during two week summer tours, but not Marine DIs. On the evening of 21 DEC 1994, I found myself face to face with a DI in SanDiago airport and he looked like a scary bastard to say the least. My platoon was picked up, out of processing on Christmas Eve and three out of four of our DIs were Force Recon. I had the knowledge that they could not hit us, but I for damn sure didn't want to cross any of them. They had other and most creative ways to torment and smoke your sorry ass when you were caught f**king up.

I only made it into the 4rth week of 2nd phase before being sh*tcanned home for an abdominal hernia but to this day I could easily pick out my DI's voices in a crowd. They scared the hell out of us, but we sooned wanted to follow them to hell and back even when they were just looking for a reason to f*ck with us. Nowadays, kids aren't taught to respect authority. That right there is a load of crap to say the least.

Ludwig Roselius who in 1906 formed the companyKaffee Veredelungs Werk (KVW) inBremen Germany. There's no sense in having a Frigidaire or GE dehumidifier if you aren't letting it do its work! If you have several rooms with this problem you can either buy one for each room or just alternate between machines and rooms. Put the new water heater in place with the service covers facing out, so there will be access if there is ever a problem,
