If you listen and read the subtitles carefully:
Obama = Stalin
millions of voters in search of a candidate...
And it's all too true. We have a paucity of weakness.
Pawlenty has got to be kicking himself for bailing. And Palin, Barbour, and Jeb Bush kicking themselves for not getting in.
Oh, well. You can all vote for me! :)
Ha! I caught that too.
Lol...well...republicans have had a "bunker mentality" for a while now, haven't they?
We're just waiting to be declared "violent extremists" and imprisoned for the duration.
For going to church and owning guns and not wanting our money forcibly taken and given to others.
You know, Jay. Violent extremism.
Good thing our political bosses know who the enemy is, huh?
As a previous poster commented....still not transalated accurately !!
Still a scream!
I did catch the Obama = Stalin reference.....nice touch.
For liking the 2nd Amendment, the 9th Amendment, and the 10th Amendment I am probably going to end up in a "re-education" camp.
Well, not believing in the primacy of the Federal Government over states' rights and individual rights make you an extremist. That you like the 2nd Amendment makes you violent.
Away you go.
There is a lot of truth in humor. This is the best one I have seen in quite a while.
Mitch Daniels, the governor of my current adopted home, Indiana, would make an excellent president; he didn't run because his wife didn't want him too. Which I guess means that he has more sense than the rest of the candidates. Still, when the GOP and America needed him or Chris Christie or Paul Ryan to step up none of them did. I'm still trying to figure out why. Did none of them think that Obama could be beaten?
...on second thought, maybe Mitch didn't run because he's technically an Arab. Which might not have gone over so well with some of our less-enlightened brethren in the GOP once they figured it out.
About right? The only thing "about right" about this video was the complete overlooking of Ron Paul by the GOP.

One, the whole "Hitler Reacts" thing is about as played up as the "Whazzzzup!" fad. Let it die. Please.

Two, here's a novel idea: how about letting, oh, the voters decide who is "electable"? Did it occur to anyone that perhaps Mittens can't get more than 25 percent for a reason?

Yes they overlook him because he cant win the general election. His views are simply too extreme.
OK THATS IT! You leave mittens alone! God so not all kittens are cute and fluffy and soft. But you know what? When your softy kitten was drinking milk from a silver plater MITTENS was cage fighting in thiland! Mittens once killed 7 pitbulls in under 5 minutes. THEN! He went and saved 14 new born puppies from a fire!
Mittens for Emperor!
Having worst economic crisis since WW2 as a background, and Obama as OPFOR, Republicans losing the elections would be worst case of ineptitude, on a scale with, 1941 entire Italian army surrendering to incomplete Brit 7th Arm Div. Anthony Eden paraphrased Churchill about that with "Never has so much been surrendered by so many to so few."
The worst thing in original timeline Stalin has won...
No matter who the GOP nominates, Obama is going to run a gutter campaign, throwing the worst kind of slander and innuendo at the nominee. Given that, Newt is no worse off than the other candidates. Even Mittens will get nailed as one of "them" (a Mormon).
While the video may be accurate in that skill in debates is not relevant to performing in office, it is also true that generally any successful politician is good at explaining their platform, and that's certainly Newt. He really is the smartest guy in the room, compared to Teh Won, who just thinks he is.
As for "the most hated man in politics," what about Nixon? His own boss (Ike) didn't even like him, and lost the 1960 election. Yet the video doesn't mention his massive win over McGovern in '72.
After watching the video again, I get the impression of Yet Another Enthusiast who's about ready to take his toys and go home, because {insert name here} didn't run, or isn't doing well. Add in the typical beltway/country-club Republican disdain for the Tea Party, and stir.
While the last bit about Hitler's daughter asking Cain for job advice might appear funny, consider the subtext wherein is it admitted or assumed that Cain did in fact commit the offenses of which he was accused. Not so funny then.
I would have to rate this video superficially amusing, but lacking serious thought about the election...
