No, it's not just you Ewok40k. There is an over reliance on technologies that will easily fail when stressed. Our possible enemies shown they are willing to fight outside the rules of engagement as we bind ourselves up in knots in lawfare, not warfare believing that wizz bang techno gadgets will save the day. Iraq still came down to 18 year olds w/ rifles. The lessons are never learned, just rehashed.
