Capable of going up and landing on a runway and being reused. Can stay in orbit for 270 days and MOVE around durring that time. So..... Plus we can launch 4 or 5 atleast with a Falcon 9 or a Atlas V (preferably once falcon series is up rely on it its all made in the USA where as the Atlas is a conglomerate of russian and american.
Try a lob manuever in theater and see what happens...
