Can Nukes Fix Admin Overhead?

Hmmmmm .... I like the intent, but let's see what comes out the other end.

Here - I have an idea as an ice breaker: we will no longer have Commands be asked to produce awards packages for any awards offered by outside entities, i.e. the annual Left-Handed Lithuanian-American Lesbian Linehandler of the Year award given by the Association of Naval HR Puffnstuff Fans.


Seriously though, why are the nukes getting this tasker? Not that I object - just curious what justifies the distraction from their core (pun intended) competency.
