Only problem is that most of the Cyber-warriors will be ushered out within thier first year of the fleet, because of they won't be able to make the rope and choke let alone pass the actual exercise portion of the PRT. Let alone the cyber-warrior will be worst then the engineers with thier being afraid of the sunlight and daytime.
