The 2nd largest Navy is ....

Well, from the looks of it;
Northrop Grumman Newport News.
The aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt is poised to make history in the next few days, when it arrives at Northrop Grumman Corp.'s Newport News shipyard for a $2.43 billion nuclear refueling and overhaul project.

The fourth Nimitz-class carrier's arrival in Newport News will mark the first time in yard history that four in-service carriers will be pierside at the same time.
They are also building the FORD.

I am sure all is running right on time.

Hat tip Corsairs Forever.
