What PRT standards tell you ...

Check out NAVADMIN 277/08. First thing - it is now PRP as in Physical Readiness Program. Most worthless name change since BUPERS became PERSCOM.

Anyway, let's look at teh fun-nee.
3. THE FOLLOWING PRP POLICY CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2008:
A. UNLESS THE MOST RECENT PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT (PFA) WAS PASSED, PERSONNEL WHO HAVE FAILED TWO PFAS IN THE PAST THREE YEARS WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED TO:
(1) OVERSEAS BILLETS
(2) PRE-COMMISSIONING BILLETS
(3) SPECIAL PROGRAMS (E.G., RECRUIT DIVISION COMMANDER, RECRUITING, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ADVISOR (EOA), WASHINGTON STAFF, JOINT)
(4) GLOBAL WAR ON TERRORISM (GWOT) SUPPORT ASSIGNMENTS (GSA)/IA MANPOWER MANAGEMENT (IAMM)
(5) INSTRUCTOR DUTY
So, if you want to avoid Bahrain or other overseas duty; don't want to get an IA, and don't want to be a recruiter, then .....

It also lets you see where pictures are important more than anything else. The Pentagon/DC, Diversity Bully jobs, Big Staffs, or pre-COM photo-ops. I guess all the lazy fat-bodies can go to sea and do actual Navy stuff .... as long as no one in the Army, Marines, Air Force of the media sees them.

I do agree with most of it though. Still funny. Also like how CNO N1 has decided that you don't need periods.
