The not-so-comprehensive approach

As President Bush & ADM Mullen are moving to "cross the T" in AFG, the rest of the US Gov'munt - almost 7 years into the war - just doesn't get it.

Afghanistan is a predominately an agricultural economy (and not just poppy). The Provisional Reconstruction Teams (PRT) are the primary way to impact the comprehensive needs of the Afghanistan people from reconstruction, redevelopment, and government repair - in addition to the economy. Via NATOSpy - I think the below speaks for itself.

....and this is an improvement over the last few years. Someone needs to crack some heads in the beltway - because this is just plain unsat. At least the National Guard is leaning in.
