I believe what we are seeing here is a naval mine, and it seems to have certain similarities with the SADAF-02 mine, ...Either you are running out of ground attack weapons, some Quatermaster Boomdfield is insisting you use everything in one bunker before you break open the seal on the next one, or someone is having fun with what they find in the magazine.
