Bacon, don't leave home without it

I didn't post on the the 5th column Islamists during the welcome home parade of the 2nd Battalion Royal Anglian Regiment as others had covered it so well. LBG sent me a link that had this jewel,
Police had penned the protesters into a small area and two lines of officers separated them from a large number of local people, waving Union and St George’s flags. At one point a man climbed onto a roof and threw a packet of bacon at the Muslim group.
That is a great idea. You can buy the pre-cut bags and throw it like confetti. Yes .... yes .....

In case you missed it, here is the parade - nice to see some Brits getting a backbone.

Oh, and one of the Islamists (the dude on the upper right) ... his job? Wait for it .......
A member of the hardline Islamist group that staged a demonstration against British troops works as a baggage handler at Luton Airport, it has emerged.

Jalal Ahmed was among the 20-strong group of extremists protesting when the Royal Anglian Regiment returned home from Iraq earlier this week.

During their homecoming parade, he was spotted clutching a banner proclaiming: 'Anglian soldiers: Butchers of Basra'.

Ahmed, who is in his twenties and lives in Luton, works on a casual basis for Menzies Aviation, which provides baggage handling at the airport for easyJet and other airlines.

He is believed to have worked there during peak periods over the past two years and would have had access to secure areas of the site.
Nice. Britain - here is your study in contrasts for today. Pick your side.
