Master Training Specialist! Good like finding an officer with one of those. I was an instructor at Subscol and always got asked about the status of my MTS quals. I always responded with the question of whether that or my Master's/JPME was more important. No more MTS qual questions because it was put out by multiple flags that it wasn't a goal for the officers.
