Byron - I need an opinion

Below is a shot of one of the new Chinese Frigate, the 054A, under construction at Guangzhou's HD shipyard. I know you would rather get a "hands on" look at it, but this is the best I can do. Looking at the below (click for higher res), what can you tell us, if anything, about the Chinese construction from a Shipfitter's perspective?

In case you are wondering, the Chinese are not just buying Russian ships. They are churning out better ships, in quantity, every year. While we pick our PowerPoint belly button, they progress year by year, project by project. Here is their latest DDG, the 051C.
