Best professional post of the year

I have tried all morning to think of the right title for this post. Not enough caffine, I guess. I think this is the best I can do.

At the top of today's REQUIRED READING BOARD is Chaps post yesterday, Publish And Be Damned. It is so spot on from a professional, personal, blogging, and life perspective. Really nails it. I can't even think of a pull quote that is any better than another. You need to read it all.
