Not to give the under-paid combat camera guys grief, but the N1 in me says "Before you send off a photo to the outside world, can you spend 15 seconds with the software to level it out with the horizon? It looks like a scene from the old Batman series."
After that reaction, it says "Note that the Americans patrol around in armored HUMVEES to the point that the only exposed items are the chin and cheek of the gunner, while the Iraqi police patrol in Chevy pickups with baseball caps on."
Cowardly Iraqis, indeed.
