From the start of this blog, one of the key leaders of the past I have pointed you to has been VADM Sims - someone who is as valid now as he was in his day.
In great tribute to the man, our friend LCDR B.J. Armstrong has a running series over at USNIBlog that everyone should be reading. Could this be the start of a VADM Sims revival?
