Good stuff!  She would never make it in MD.  Had a Black candidate like her last election cycle that did not buy into the victim meme.  PG County destroyed his candidacy.  I hope Utah does better.

Have her come to western Maryland!  They'd love her out here.  If this video shows the real deal, I'd vote for her in a heartbeat!

She will be labled a "Tomassina" in 5..4..3..2..1 by Revs Al and Jesse.  Hope she wins and brings more like herself to DC with her.

They are screwing you guys out there.  I hear they are trying to rig the districts to suck a big part of the area into Monkey Countey's voter pool.  Then they can vote out the loan Republican state senator.

Where at in W. MD? My wife is from Frostburg and I've been up there many times, Cumberland, Deep Creek Lake, Dans Mountain, every where around that area. I even got to do Cruisin' Main St. last year in Frostburg 8-)

That is why she is a gun owner.  Have them say that when they are staring down the barrel of a .45. :)

MD is the most gerrymandered state in the Union!

Wow indeed. Hope she goes far.  A man with a haircut like that needs to be married to a congressman.

How sad that my first thought was that "Damn, she has a white husband.  She is screwed."  Hope she is as tough and smart as the 1 minute spot makes her appear.  I'd move to Utah to vote for her right now.  If she wins, maybe I will move anyway.  Just retired and became a resident of CA, so I will be looking to move as soon as my daughter finishes school (promised wife would stay until then - suck it up and join the minority supporting this bankrupt incompetentstan; can't beat the weather though.)

subguy, my first thought wasn't "Wow, she has a white husband, how cool!" It was rather that she is self-evidently part of modern America; very much a part of those who were -as our host likes to say- were born when Clinton was in office. Couples like this in many ways remove the previous generational POV that inter-racial couples are bad news. Such relationships have become commonplace.

This phenomenon goes against the Progressive agenda, as it negates the culture of victimhood upon which modern Progressivism depends. When mixed-race (or mixed-ethnicity) couples -and their children- become commonplace, the validity of multi-culti victimhood becomes questionable.

    Like, with one minor correction:

Thanks to Uncle Sam, who made me live there for 3+ years, I would never live there again.  Unlike Byron, I don't even like crossing the bridges and only do so under duress...

I love it - two people pulling the same oar in the same direction to make things better - who gives a flying bleep at their skin color (well, other than those that will use it as a tool or wedge).

Nice! And we need some more like that.

Sad, but likely true.  I can't understand how portions of the black community seem to take such joy in trying to destroy people of the same color who think differently than they do.  Condoleeza Rice has accomplishments and qualifications that are impeccable, but Al and Jessie just love trying to bring her down.  Go Mya Go!!!

    She is awesome.
          Her family is awesome.
Her gun-owning and athletic demeanor is awesome.

    Hubbie's hair-cut, not so much.  ;)

Truly, she and her family are the picture of the future of america (if we get it right), and are the embodiment of E-Pluribus-Unem.  BZ!

Yep.   Lived in Californistan.   Live in the Peoples' Demokratik Republik of MD.  Both suck.  CA is just ~10 years further down the p-trap.
