How long until China steals it?  Already done

<span>"What is happening to all this data ... is still largely an open question. However, if even a fraction of it is used to build better competing products or beat a competitor at a key negotiation (due to having stolen the other team's playbook), the loss represents a massive economic threat."</span>

Capable of going up and landing on a runway and being reused. Can stay in orbit for 270 days and MOVE around durring that time. So..... Plus we can launch 4 or 5 atleast with a Falcon 9 or a Atlas V (preferably once falcon series is up rely on it its all made in the USA where as the Atlas is a conglomerate of russian and american.
