Sunday Funnies
DADT training a success just in time for NYC Fleet Week!
Now, now, I'm sure these sailors were not posing in front of that truck with any sense of sarcasm nor in any way, shape or form implying they had any negative views of any enlightened Navy training they may have mandatorily received of late. ;)
You just know that, somehow, someway, that image is going to be blown up into a poster by the Diversity Zampolits and distributed throughout the fleet. If God has a sense of humor, each of those guys will end up with a Navy Achievement medal. ;)
After all, this is Sunday. Why not just counter all those who say, They are born that way.
Ask them if, do you want to be born again ?
Into the Family of God ? Not just become "citizens" of Heaven, but to actually be adopted into HIS Family, just like a son or daughter ! Far more intimate than just taking up residence as a citizen.
Show every "born gay" how they be "born again" ! Into the newness of a completely forgiven and then regenerated life.
Coulda just been liberty fun. Then again, maybe not. No problem with DADT repeal, let's just not make it the cause celebre. Do your job, keep your private's private, and don't flaunt it.
beg to differ about folks being born that way. might surprise some of you to hear me say this, grew up next door to a gay kid who was definitely hitting for the pink team since he was a child. i wanted to play GI Joes, he wanted to play Barbies. His parents took him to see a shrink, did a little good with teh whole gender roles thing, but he eventually came out of the closet in college. Spent a good chunk of my childhood kicking the crap out of bullies who wanted to prove how tough they were by picking on him, as if that were a challenge. Do they need to find Jesus? Guess that is between them and Jesus. i know I need Jesus. Do they need the Diversity Dynasty to "protect" them from the rest of us horrible current and former sailors / civvies in the DOD? I don't think so. But then again in 2011 I don't think anyone needs that level of protection. So anyway, that's my .02
I... do think people are born that way. Tend to, anyway. One of my earliest childhood memories is that of a boy in my class - we're talking 2nd graders, so age 7, who, on the playground standing next to me, said 'Hey, Outlaw Mike, psshhhh!' and opened up his trousers and underwear so that I could see his ballsac and little penis, all the while smiling in a leery way.
I remember that at the moment I was slightly dumbfounded as to why he would do such a thing but, apart from finding it strange, I dismissed the event.
It was only much, much later, when I heard that particular boy had revealed himself to be gay, that I remembered the incident.
To make a few things clear: I don't mind about people's sexual orientation, and civic relationships are okay for me, but marriage and adopting kids are OFF LIMITS for gay people in my book. And I think I made my position on the repeal of DADT very clear: repealing it was a travesty. And the US armed forces will get the full package. It's not so that you can allow gay people serving openly and then think the buck stops here. No no no. The door has been opened, and the rest of the leftist crap will follow suit. As is happening already.
One last thing.
Back in the day, 38 years ago, I was not known as Outlaw Mike. I just used it to make my story more comprehensible.
I think in gay men, there may be a genetic or something different at birth. Why? Because I was naturally hard wired to look at a female and get aroused. I think they were hard wired to look at a male and get aroused. The decorating? Don't know where that comes from though.
Or...that they are comfortable with themselves, and their shipmates, and this picture is making light of the "Old Salts" who are *still* grumbling, even though none of their Chicken Little scenarios have come to pass... Good for them! Oh, and Happy Pride month to you all!
Declaring success before full implementation. A shill for the activists, as always. I am sure none of the chicken little scenarios will come to pass. Just like women on warships, what could go wrong that is not the fault of heterosexual white males whose only characteristics are hate and ignorance?</span>
Since CMC doesn't see this as an issue any longer, are you left with just boo-hooing about how your rights have been trampled? Enjoy wallowing in your victimhood...
Lol...just finished flambeing your crow, now chew slowly, eat it all...that's a good boy. Don't want to lose that authoratative voice, Self-Appointed Spokesman for the USMC...yawn...
You mean, being a Marine? Something you will never be?
Many of us predicted the instant and inveterate "smashing success" meme that would come from the progressive puppets like yourself, no matter how many problems and how serious the damage it will cause. Incidents will be minimized, or blamed on the lack of "training" or that awful, awful warrior ethos.
But hey, you and Mike Mullen got your way. Now you can ask your favorite dude to the cotillion. Have a nice time. Which one will be in the dress?
Yeah, gay people choose the harder road, and choose to be beat up and cast out. Makes total sense. Clearly they don't need to be protected from religious zealots that think they just need to be "born again". Why not just take the position that we should be beating the gay out of them, you know since it's a choice..... If only we could get the straight people to "do their jobs, and keep their private's private," but no... we have dependents pay, and wives clubs, and family day, and CO's wives thinking they're the CO. And of course those that just would like to say let gay people serve, so long as they don't tell anyone about their partner, meanwhile Mrs Mullen has her own twitter account. To bad Mullen can't keep his private's private and flaunts his relationship in public.
Dear Francis, When you start bitching and moaning about "heterocentic this" and "homophobic that", 90% of the world yawns and stops listening to your argument. If you want to serve, then serve. But I see no need for us to completely rewrite our culture of excellence just to accomodate your jealousy and lack of self confidence.

ReplyDeleteThey want you as a new recruit
To quote Forrest Gump, "Sometimes there just ain't enough FACEPALM."

ReplyDeleteURR,
ReplyDeleteWAY off topic, I thought you should check out B5's video of a bunch of Marine cannon cockers getting busy.
I know! That was a thing of poetry in motion to behold.
ReplyDeleteYou just know that, somehow, someway, that image is going to be blown up into a poster by the Diversity Zampolits and distributed throughout the fleet. If God has a sense of humor, each of those guys will end up with a Navy Achievement medal. ;)
ReplyDeleteAt least none of them were holding hands.......
All but one look pretty junior. PTS will take care of them. HYT the other. Their CO will get fired in about 5 years.
ReplyDeleteYes, but as they look longingly into each other's eyes as they lick their ice cream cones...

You speak as if there were only one God, and only one path to heaven.
ReplyDeleteI respectfully beg to differ.
I do agree, however, that no one is born gay. It's a lifestyle choice and shouldn't be getting anywhere near the special treatment and rights it has.
Yeah, a great video. Shot some years ago at CLNC in LZ Falcon. Small charge, 3WB, but super section.
ReplyDeleteHard core URR porn is Charge 8WB, with the baseplate bouncing, the gun at full recoil, and dust from the concussion rising for 300 meters.
I gotta go be alone for a few minutes....
Coulda just been liberty fun. Then again, maybe not.

ReplyDeleteHey, some things just write themselves. This one was as easy as a Sailor on liberty. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sexy story Outlaw! ;)

The not shy girls go get the shy guys, assuming they consider them to be good guys.
ReplyDeleteIt takes two to tango.
OK wish me luck in finding one :) AFAIK not-shy girls go after career nowadays, not any kind of guys.
ReplyDeleteGURRLLLLLEEEEEEEEN,
ReplyDeleteSince CMC doesn't see this as an issue any longer, are you left with just boo-hooing about how your rights have been trampled? Enjoy wallowing in your victimhood...
Jhey,
ReplyDeleteTell me more about the Commandant. And the Marines. You speak with such authority.
Shill for the activists, and more flamboyant by the comment. Just the kind of authority on the Marine Corps everyone needs to listen to.

ReplyDeleteLighten up, Francis.
ReplyDeleteFrancis,
ReplyDeleteI find your rant to be so... gay.
Rainbow Warriors, they are not just environmentalists! :)
Pretty selfish of the gays, btw, to claim the whole refracted visible light spectrum as their own. Maybe I like rainbows too!
He really has no idea where I was in the DADT debate over the last few years, does he?
ReplyDeleteTalk about profiling and stereotypes!

Clearly, no.
