Speaks volumes on either the lack of available talent to run a commerical shipyard or the absolute lack of logic/judgment behind selecting a former flag officer fired from his final FO assignment for repeated drunken behavior that would not be tolerated in a deck seaman. Any females working in the front officer of MM should be looking for employment elsewhere or getting a good lawyer given this guy's track record.
