We are not there...yet (not looking like various Heroes of the Sov Union on their remembrance days...). Ask any Canadian Officer you serve with for their unofficial guide to awards. The one mentioning the USAF is particularly amusing, and accurate. To quote a crusty and long serving US Army Colonel I once worked for: "If you are looking for fairness and objectivity...the awards board is the wrong place to be hunting...".
