The Navy eliminated the SIGNALMAN rating long before I retired. Think perhaps the Coast Guard has maybe done likewise.

ReplyDeleteCher should be denied access to the ships for the same reason we don't wear CNTs onboard... Plastic melts when exposed to heat. She is a safety risk. :)
