Merry Christmas to all on the Front Porch and to those who just lurk. A special Merry Christmas to our host for the hard work that goes into this little thing he's done for 6 years now.

And yes, Mayport is very beautiful at night.

Merry Christmas to the members of Phib's porch.  Merry Christmas to all of our visitors, friends and families down range, at sea, on deployment and far from home.

Lots of snow in Louisville today 3-4 inches. Now what's up with those sad FFG's light displays. 50 Scrooge points to each one.

  12. Oh...Fair Warning.

For those who are contemplating traveling up and down the eastern seaboard -particularly flying anywhere from DC to Boston- call your airline and be flexible. The cancellations are happening as I type.

Lotsa global warming!  I have my climate change shovel on the front porch, and plenny o'salt for all that ice.

Merry Christmas to all here.  And especially all there, on the ramparts.
