Not LCS this time, JSF for sure.

LCS has sailed and all the complaining in the world won't make it go away at this point. We want the bigger Fleet, need to keep building them.

I'm with Jack on JSF.  We've already got too many LCSs slinking around.  Everybody print it out and send it to a certain flag's office.

That is just a truly ridiculous argument jack.

Gee. We know we have a flawed hull design based on shallowly planned oxymorons, so lets make it the bulk of our surface combatant force...

Sorry man, but thats just outright tripe.

No. Don't "need" to keep building them at all...

There is precedent for truncating the production of ship classes once its obvious they are not fitting the bill.

    Some examples here...

    and here.

Dilbert is my favorite strip. Alas, this strip is too close to the truth to be funny.

Still, Dilbert is "one of us."  To see who "is us" watch,

I am not so sure that a gas turbine powered JOHN C BUTLER with a modern sensor package, and habitabilty wouldn't far outdo anything an LCS could do.  A 70 year old design, and I still would not be surprised.

That's hilarious. I remember seeing a similar situation at a music shop I used to work at.

Laughing, kinda, 'cause as I go to view the vid and there is precisely 666 ratings shown. The supersticious in me is arguing with the inginear right about now.
